With The TG Method Technique program, you will get a selection of exercises catered towards refining your technique and getting you better by moving well in your lifts. 

Phase 1 of the Technique Program is to give you an introduction to the force generators in the lifts: Your Legs. Knowing how to use them will give you the ability to move the bar into the desired spot for receiving in. 

This is a 3-week basic training program catered towards improving the element of driving force through the legs in your lifts. A how-to guide is provided within the download for instructions on how to maximise the document provided.
