Learning how to receive the barbell well is paramount to a good lift. After all the work to elevate the bar, getting under the bar is an action of timing the body to relocate under with the use of the legs.

This is also a good refresher for those who have already done these movements before as you learn to refine your technique in the various positions in your second pull and receiving position. 

Suitable and open to all levels! Spots will be strictly capped at 20 participants so dont miss out!
