A 4-week program similar to the Weightlifting Fundamentals where we teach the six key movement patterns for strength: Brace, Hinge, Squat, Lunge, Press, Row.
By understanding and performing these movement patterns well, it will prepare your body to move effectively and subsequently get strength that is transferable to any other complex movements.
On top of that, we will help you recognise the individual characteristics of your movement patterns and how to cater these patterns to your lever lengths and mobility. This will subsequently put you in a safe and more effective position to produce force and reduce injury.
