Format:

We will still run this according to weightlifting regulations with 3 attempts in both the Snatch as well as the Clean and Jerk. Same rules apply to the proceedings of the competition.

Scoring:

All participants will be scored according to the Sinclair format (bodyweight coefficient) for the Novice Division and the Sinclair-Meltzer-Faber for the Masters Division.
