Growing old and think you can't do this and can't do that? Age has no limits. Just look at Randy Couture (below) for example. Started MMA at the age of 34 and went all the way till 47 when he retired but still trains like an animal throughout his whole career. So strength & conditioning has no age limits. It's always my belief that it's never too late to try something new and that even till we are old, we need some form of strength & conditioning for us to be able to perform our daily activities or even be an elderly strongman (or strong-woman).
