yesterday's workout.

been away on a small roadtrip during the easter weekend. all i could do was skipping and handstand pushups. so decided to do the deadlift/burpee complex again yesterday. hehe. one of my favourite movements. plus following up from my last post.


5 rounds for time:

5 100kg deadlifts

10 burpees


1-min improvement from my last time. i am quite happy with that. looking forward to really start my deadlifting program again. gonna work on my ring strength. maybe that will be my workout for today. =)
