Training partners. Like I mentioned in my previous post about them, they are there to motivate you and challenge you. As an athlete, or someone with a training goal, the people you choose to train with will help you in your quest of achieving that goal. If you put yourself in a situation where you are always training with stronger people, faster people, the only way you can adapt is to be faster or stronger to keep up with your training partner. So always challenge yourself by training with the better people and you will attain your training goals faster!
One of them's more technically sound, the other is way stronger than I am. The only way for me is to become more technically sound and stronger. Best training partners I can ask for.
