Created by John Brookfield, rope training has been made popular in the mixed martial arts conditioning circle. In fact, it's good for both building up upper body strength as well as conditioning. Good for the shoulders, scapulas, arms and core! You can mix it up with some lower body movements such as your squats and lunges to give you a full body workout while doing the ropes as well!
