The Burpee. Many dread them, many loathe them. But I love them. I too hate it when I do them sometimes but they are such a good exercise.
1. Firstly, the most portable full-body exercise that you can do anywhere!
2. It really works the entire body from the legs to the arms, from upper and lower body to the core!
3. When done in succession, it also taxes the cardiovascular system after high repetitions.
4. More importantly, it builds mental toughness to push through countless repetitions of them.
If you haven't tried them, you sure are missing out on it! Give it a try and you will realize the wonders of a burpee!
