Geek P.O.D.: Strength and Conditioning.


With the almost completion of my Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, it stamps my philosophy that Strength and Conditioning is meant for everyone, young or old, big or small, male or female. As long as you want to be good at what you are doing, be it a sport or just a regular daily activity, you need Strength and Conditioning.

To be better at what you want to do, you need to be faster in your movements which comes from your conditioning, and stronger as a person to help you physically and mentally to accomplish your task. So remember, we always train to be better, faster and stronger in whatever we do.
