Since I returned from Singapore from visiting my grandma, i haven't really had a good run in everything. Inadequate rest, frustrations at work etc. And all these have taken a toll on my training. Failed terribly at a 160kg back squat twice and couldn't get the timing of my snatch right for yesterday's session at Phoenix. All these are setbacks which actually make me feel like crap and dejected like the dude in the photo below.

However, these are also the setbacks that either make me quit and give up or just push through and persevere. I know this is just a small hurdle I am going through and if I just work at it, I will do better in what I'm doing, get that 160kg squat and snatch like before. I'll get there.
