I have slacked for 6 weeks. No training. Barely touched a barbell. Not much weight lifted.
Now that I am back in Melbourne, it starts all over.
But this time it's different...
The first week is tough.
The first step back into training is difficult.
The first squat is rough.
However, the fire is lit. All I needed was a spark.
Now the fire burns.
It's no longer a game.. It's a war.
