The Training Geek Gets Decked Out In Everlast.

Remember awhile back when I said I wrote a short article for Everlast as part of their development of a MMA-inspired fitness program? Well.. as part of my involvement with them, they have just sent me a box of goodies!

Here's the card that came with it. I am really impressed that it's in fact a personalized card thanking me for my involvement, making me even more honoured to be involved in their development of a MMA program.
