Technical term used in MMA when the fight gets to the ground and strikes are unleashed on the person on the ground. Good for core stabilisation and really works the arms as you have to use your hips to keep your hold on your position and can't use them to generate power during your strikes. One of the best methods utilised by MMA fighters to gain that victory.
I use it alot in my training sessions to help bring up the work-rate as my clients have to keep punching non-stop while changing into different mount positions. This also makes it fun at the same time. Good for office people to vent their anger after being cooped up at the desk. With the way things are going, I also need to do some of this myself and let some anger go.
