Did a session today with the mrs. Wanted to let her do uppercuts to work the core and let her practice the twisting motion of a punch and putting her body into the punch. So with the spanking new aqua bag we got, here's our make-shift uppercut bag!
Works quite well! Next thing to try is change it to a make-shift punching bag. When training in a gym with limited equipment or space, learn to improvise. Different implements but same movements. Will still benefit your training. Cheers.
